Coach Bob waxes poetic about Tyson Bagent, as is his right, while Pat willingly leaves coach Bob in denial since it'll be funnier down the line.

Week 7 - Bears 30, Raiders 12: Coach Bob’s Love of Tyson Bagent Knows No Limits

The Bears kicked the crap out of the Raiders for four quarters with a backup, undrafted rookie QB from a DII school who was 4th on the depth chart this training camp, a 4'th string RB, and something like the 9'th offensive line combination in 7 weeks.

Your two journeyed hosts have seen a Jimmy Clausen-led offense punt on every possession, a Matt Barkley-led offense that threw 5 interceptions in one game, and a fair share of starting QBs that have thrown for a ZERO passer rating.

Coach Bob takes the joy of seeing a nobody QB show up and execute a successful offense and runs with it for an hour while Pat tries in vain to temper expectations (the mic was turned off after an hour, but some say Coach Bob is still ranting about Tyson Bagent to this day). 

Week 6 - Vikings 19, Bears 13: At Least Coach Bob Loves Tyson Bagent

Okay, sure, the Bears didn't win.

And yes, the hope of the franchise Justin Fields played really bad

Sure, he also dislocated his thumb on his throwing hand

Yeah, that does mean he won't come back to change anything before it matters

But like

Tyson Bagent was good, right? That was cool.
